The farm is gently rolling, with most of the crop acres in the two large fields, which are split by a primary waterway. Terraces have been installed on the NE corner of the farm, and there are several waterways which have recently been widened and seeded down.

From the FSA records, the property is comprised of 166.49 cropland acres which are rated at 43.53CSR2. Most of the farm is in Corn for 2023. A small section of land is seeded down on the South end and the balance of 36 m/l acres are in timber and waterways. Along the West edge of the property, there is a .64 m/l acre pond.

The farm is bordered on the North by 250th Street and on the West by Mallard Avenue and Nectarine Ave. Several potential building locations exist along the road as well.
