I am passionate about helping my clients find their new home. Whether it is a first time home, or their next home. I am ready, willing and able to work with buyers and sellers from Day 1 until long after the sale has closed. I have my SRES (senior real estate specialist) designation and my SFR (short sale & foreclosure) designation. I am currently working on getting my RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Designation.   I am always working on improving my skills and working to stay on top of current happenings in the Real Estate World.  

As a former owner of a cleaning company that offered organization and decluttering services, I have extensive experience in working with my clients to assist in getting their home ready to sell. I have an eye for seeing things that others may not see when it comes to working with buyers, as I tend to look past the surface when showing a home.      

I strive to make the transaction go as smooth as possible for my clients by putting them first and always looking out for what is in their best interest.  

On a personal note, I have been married for 47 years, we have a blended family with 6 children,  21 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Which in itself keeps me very busy. In my spare time, you will find my out and about supporting our local musicians or attending a live event at one of many great venues in the Des Moines area.
